My work at EBSCO consisted of web, social, editorial, events, and marketing collateral creation. Responsibilities included building email and landing pages for product campaigns and webinars, branded PowerPoints, print and digital asset creation, working with project managers to meet deadlines and implement feedback, localizing assets for international teams, designing with EBSCO’s visual brand identity system in mind, and utilizing EBSCO’s file system of digital assets.

When I started at ADMET, my experience with video editing software was very slim. I hit the ground running and taught myself how to use Premiere, and video production and editing became regular parts of my job. Rebranding, product manual design, and customer service were also important here, and I used Photoshop, Premiere, Publisher, and Google apps daily, as well as Illustrator and Acrobat as needed.

The Trustees is a member- and volunteer-supported organization that works to protect special places: farms, historic buildings, beautiful old houses, and more. My work here consisted of property signage, Members magazine layout design and production, banner and email design, photo editing, digital illustration, logo design, and ad creation.

Madavor is a publishing company specializing in niche magazine titles. Here, I designed the monthly issues of BirdWatching and Golf Tips magazines. My time at Madavor was immensely special. The editors I worked with and my art director were wonderful, and the work I was able to create really helped me push my creative boundaries. My work here included cover and interior layout design for BirdWatching and Golf Tips, print advertisement creation per client specs, web ad design for digital promotion, social media asset creation, media kit design, and photo editing.

Motif is a free, local newspaper/magazine in Rhode Island that covers current events, music, art, theater, politics, and more around the state. A typical day here included monthly issue layout design, print and web ad creation, infographic and email design, Wordpress formatting, and HTML editing.
